The Volunteer of the Year Award recognises outstanding services to netball in the areas of administration, officiating (scoring, timing, bench referee) and volunteering at Club, Association or League level.  Nominees for the award are volunteers who have contributed an outstanding effort to improve and develop netball. Life membership is the highest award Netball Victoria can present to someone for their contribution to the promotion and development of Netball in Victoria. Also open for nominations are the WorkSafe Safety Initiative Awards. These awards acknowledge good safety practises by clubs and leagues throughout the WorkSafe Country Netball League. If your league or club has recently updated facilities, conducted First Aid Courses, installed or implemented risk management policies or has exceptional safety features and initiatives, you should apply now for the chance to win one of two cash prizes of $2000.
