Netball Victoria is pleased to announce the Ahead of the Game Leadership Program is now open and taking registrations for 2012.

Once more the program will partner with the University of Ballarat and thanks to the assistance of the Victorian Government which have gratefully provided funding from the 2012 Volunteer Innovation Program. This year we welcome Places Victoria as a new sponsor whom are delighted to support a program that offers development opportunities to volunteer administrators.

Ahead of the Game is a unique leadership program that involves formal and informal training opportunities, that combines a chance to network with other women in similar roles, as well as learning from the greats of our game.

Why is this program for you? Ahead of the Game provides an environment that allows you to emerge as a more effective and confident leader, strengthening skills to utilise back within the association straight away.

The Ahead of the Game Program consists of formalised university content in partnership with the University of Ballarat, and a series of breakfast boardroom sessions to be conducted in the coming months and into 2013.
